To ensure you are hearing your best, hearing aids need to be professionally fit and fine-tuned to your exact needs. Hearing aids should fit comfortably yet securely in/around the ear. The aids should not hurt your ear or fall out easily. Our audiologist, Dr. Bish, has many years of experience fitting hearing aids, she will ensure your devices fit to your unique ear shape.
After your initial fitting appointment, we encourage our patients to schedule follow-up visits so we can fine-tune the hearing aids. After wearing your new devices in your preferred listening environments, we may need to tweak the programing to ensure they are providing you with the right amount of amplification.
Hears2You provides a full range of hearing aid services to keep your devices in top shape. While hearing aids are built tough, sometimes life throws a curveball and they can get damaged. Our experienced team can troubleshoot and repair many issues right here in the office. For more serious damage, we may need to send your hearing aids to the manufacturer for repair—but either way, we’re here to get you back to hearing your best.
To keep your hearing aids working their best, we recommend giving them a quick daily cleaning. This helps cut down on earwax, dust, and dead skin buildup. For an extra boost, be sure to schedule a deep cleaning every few months—it's a simple way to keep your devices in top condition and sounding great.
Hears2You is the only hearing center in the Greater Charleston area offering mobile services. We can test your hearing and provide hearing aid care—all from the comfort of your own home. Everything you’d get in our office is available through our mobile services, including:

Ever hear a buzzing, ringing, or humming in your ears that no one else seems to notice? That’s called tinnitus. It’s the perception of sound without an external source—and it’s more common than you’d think. For some, it’s just an occasional annoyance; for others, it can be constant and seriously disruptive. At Hears2You, we’re here to help you manage it.
Tinnitus isn’t a hearing disorder on its own—it’s usually a symptom of something else going on. To treat it, we first need to figure out what’s causing that ringing in your ears. If you’re dealing with both tinnitus and hearing loss, Hears2You offers tinnitus-masking hearing aids that can help distract your brain from those phantom sounds. While hearing aids might not make the ringing disappear completely, they can make a big difference in how much it affects your day-to-day life.
Loud noise is one of the top causes of hearing loss for people of all ages. Whether it’s from concerts, machinery, or blasting headphones, too much noise over time can damage the tiny hair cells in your inner ear that help you hear. Once those cells are damaged, they don’t grow back—so the result is permanent hearing loss. At Hears2You, we’re big on protecting your hearing before damage sets in.
Protecting your ears from loud noise is a big deal—and Hears2You has you covered. We offer a variety of custom-fit hearing protection designed to keep your ears safe in any environment. Our hearing specialist can create earplugs and ear molds tailored to your exact ear shape for a snug, comfortable fit.
